The blast chillers for trolleys of the MAXI series have been designed to meet the rapid blast chilling needs in medium-large laboratories, from the catering plant to the semi-industrial pastry and bakery laboratory.
Both models are monocoque with a capacity of no. 1 GN 2/1 or 60×80 trolley, available in the plug-in version and designed for a remote condensing unit, en entirely made in AISI 304 stainless steel they are equipped with a reinforced insulated floor and a 52 cm ramp for trolley entry.
The condensing unit, with high performance, is designed to always guarantee maximum yield.
A touch screen 7’’ electronic control board and the Wi-Fi device for remote supervision via Cloud are standard supplied.
